Language and communication skills development: the ability to express thoughts, ideas, and feelings through writing; the ability to understand the main idea of a written text by reading: the ability to construct statements, use a wide range of vocabulary, make speech more lively and bright.

 

Personality development: the ability to create original stories, enhancement of creativity in general, awareness of opportunities for self-realization through the English language, the way native English speakers think, their inner speech, the ability to control events in a story without ruining the logic of narration, and the ability to focus on making up a story from beginning to end.

 

Cognitive skills development: the ability to construct narration and put words in a logical order; the ability to analyze creative texts; the ability connect words, phrases, and sentences; development of memory, attention, the capacity to break down complex ideas, concepts, and texts into smaller components for examination and interpretation.

 

Other areas of development: to get acquainted with the specifics of creative writing in English, its features and forms, to consolidate writing skills, the use of stylistic devices and connectors, applying rules of English grammar and vocabulary, to develop coherent speech both in writing and orally in English.
